I am a mom of five grown children and understand the challenges of keeping kids healthy and happy, running a home, working and keeping romance alive in your marriage. I am trained in the classroom to understand how the body and the brain can work for us or work against us. I am also trained in the ups and downs of life, practicing what I teach and learning every day how to love myself and others more fully.
I believe that healthy change starts from within and my role is to be a guide during this process. Often times we feel we are stuck in a rut with no way out, but together we'll work on building self-empowerment, better self-care, and self-awareness.
