Taking the first step toward change isn’t easy—but you’ve already done it by starting your search for a therapist.
Now, I invite you to take the next step and schedule your first appointment. Whether that’s with me or another provider, what matters most is that you commit to investing in yourself.

Hello, I’m Travis, and some days it’s hard to know where to start. Other days, it feels like there’s too much to say. Wherever you are, I’m here to listen. Have you ever felt like you're accomplishing everything but still feel unfulfilled or unsatisfied? Do you give so much of yourself to others that little is left for you at the end of the day? Does your child's behaviors (fighting, defiance, truancy, argumentative) leave you wondering what's really going on beneath the surface. It just might be time to take a deeper look.
I’m Tiana Welch, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, providing telehealth therapy for children, teens, and young adult/adult women. With six years of experience, I have supported clients facing many challenges, including mental health concerns, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. My passion lies in helping children, teens, and families take a deeper look at behaviors to uncover the root causes, and in supporting young adult and adult women as they peel back the layers of perfectionism, burnout, and societal expectations to reconnect with their true selves.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy attending Pilates and spin classes, coloring, painting, reading, and exploring new creative hobbies like learning to sew (this month).
I am deeply passionate about supporting parents as they navigate the many challenges that can come with raising a family while maintaining healthy, loving relationships with their children. Balancing the constant demands of parenting while also trying to care for your own needs, identity, and well-being can be incredibly exhausting. Many parents find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from the version of themselves they once knew.
What I’ve discovered through my work with parents and families—and through my own experience as a mom of two—is that prioritizing a parent’s mental health is not selfish; it is one of the greatest gifts you can give your child. When parents feel supported, healthy, and emotionally grounded, it creates the foundation for a stronger, more connected, and more rewarding parent-child relationship.
I help children, adolescents, and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. Drawing from my background as an educator and counselor, I offer supportive, strengths-based and faith based approaches that foster healing, resilience, and meaningful growth at every stage of life.
