I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas and have spent a decade supporting diverse populations, including first responders, civil service members, and families navigating the complexities of depression and relationship conflict. I have worked in Education since 1996. I started in the UK, and have worked in Germany, Sweden, Canada and the US. I am a High School Counselor and have been providing therapy for almost 2 years.
I grew up in Scotland and have lived here for almost 15 years. I have two daughters and am loving being Granny to 4 delightful grandchildren.
