Hi! I'm Layne a licensed professional counselor with over 3 years experience working with teens and families. I received a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University and I love therapy. I hope to provide a comfortable and affirming environment for my clients to grow and learn about themselves.
I am a highly experienced therapist who has worked in every setting and level of care, from highly restrictive environments, such as hospitals and residential settings, to community-based and outpatient settings. I have worked with children and families, with adolescents and adults, men and women, cisgendered and transgendered, with those struggling with substance abuse, trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. My education and training have led me to understand that those who seek professional help are situated in a relational context, one born out of their experiences growing up, as well as their current interpersonal dynamics. In my experience, people often come into therapy when they are stuck between repeating behaviors that are unhelpful or even dangerous, and not knowing what to do differently, or even how to make a change in their lives, despite knowing that they don't want to keep doing what they are doing. That is when someone like myself meets someone like yourself, and we work together to find a new path forward.
Jessica is an African-American woman. Jessica earned her Masters of Social Work in 2016 from the University of Pennsylvania. Jessica has since worked with several school districts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to support students with mental and behavioral health needs. Over the past 7 years, Jessica has developed and managed programs designed to support at-risk youth and provided individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Diplomate in Energy Psychology with advanced training in mindfulness and mind-body approaches to healing. My work integrates neuroscience, somatic awareness, and energy psychology to help clients move beyond symptom management and into genuine transformation.
I specialize in supporting adults and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and phobias, as well as those seeking greater focus, emotional intelligence, and personal growth. My approach is collaborative and growth-oriented—grounded in presence, compassion, and evidence-based practices that honor both mind and body.
With a background in both traditional therapy and integrative modalities, I aim to help clients reconnect to their innate capacity for healing and resilience—so they can live with more clarity, freedom, and ease.
I am Victoria Cruse Motter, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of issues, including family conflicts, anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, sexual abuse, substance use, chronic stress, trauma and PTSD, and women’s issues. My background includes providing counseling in various settings, such as schools, autism centers, pre-schools, juvenile justice programs, and residential group homes for youth in CYS custody. I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling from Pennsylvania State University.
Change in life is inevitable, but that doesn’t mean you have to stay stuck in the chaos. My passion is helping people learn how to handle life changes successfully. I love seeing people grow and blossom as they overcome the challenges life throws their way. I help my clients thrive by aiding them to identify the patterns and habits that interfere with their growth. I believe my job is to empower you to improve your life.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just trying to find your footing during a difficult season of life, I want you to know you don't have to navigate it alone.
My own story began in the Dominican Republic, and I was raised in the heart of the Bronx, NY. Growing up between two distinct worlds gave me a deep appreciation for culture, identity, and the unique stories we all carry. Because of this, I am proud to offer a completely bilingual space, holding therapy sessions in both English and Spanish.
With over 10 years of experience as a therapist, my main goal is to make sure you feel seen, safe, and truly understood. I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach to mental health. Instead, we work together to help you find balance, heal from the past, and build a life that feels genuinely good to live.
Hi, I’m Elena. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have over six years of experience working with adults across the lifespan. I have had the privilege of supporting people during some of their most difficult seasons as well as longer seasons of personal growth. Our work together often focuses on navigating anxiety, depression, executive challenges, grief, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and major life changes. I’m drawn to thoughtful, self-aware adults who are capable in many areas of life yet internally may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or overly self-critical.
I help individuals who keep finding themselves in the same painful relational patterns. Whether you're stuck in a situationship that won't solidify, caught in a pursue-withdraw cycle with your partner, or drawn to emotionally unavailable people, there is an attachment pattern driving it. My work is about understanding that pattern and building something more secure.
Whether you're unpacking generational trauma, processing relational distress, or learning how to set boundaries that don't cost you the relationship, we go beyond symptom management and get to the root. This is therapy that meets you where you are and honors every layer of who you are.
Nice to meet you! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). If you’re looking to gain insight, learn to better manage, or even overcome your symptoms my experience is in treating codependency, depression, anxiety and related, underlying trauma. I also have training experience in mental health and nutrition. My goal is to help you establish healthier behaviors, routine and achieve a healthy mindset.
When I began seeing a therapist, I realized just how much I needed an outlet to process hardships in my life and to feel genuinely heard, and this is exactly what I want to provide to clients who come to see me. As I have advanced in my own self-discovery and identity exploration, I have become interested in helping others in the LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent (specifically autism and ADHD), and disability communities on their own journeys. I believe that having lived experience related to my specialties is a fundamental component to the care I can provide.
