My name is Heidi Dryer and I obtained my license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 2015 but I started practicing in 2012 under supervision. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and I am also certified in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health. I specialize in working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
Healing from complex trauma requires looking at your whole self, not just your symptoms. Complex trauma leaves a lasting blueprint on your mind, body, and nervous system, which is why traditional talk therapy alone often feels like it isn't enough. An integrative health approach addresses this by combining gentle psychological healing with body-based therapies, nutrition, and lifestyle support to help you feel safe in your own skin again.
I strive to create a comfortable environment where you feel safe to be your true self. Im here as a trusted partner that you can confide in, but also to challenge you and help you grow. I often will give you homework/activities /reflections/ to focus on in-between sessions.
You don't have to carry the weight of your past alone.
I'm Christina Rodriguez, LMFT, a Christian therapist who specializes in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and the emotional wounds that continue to affect their relationships, self-worth, and daily life. I believe healing is possible when you have a safe place to process your story with compassion, evidence-based therapy, and if you desire a faith-centered approach rooted in biblical truth.
Growing up in California, Colorado and Tennessee concocted a Midwestern warmth with an open-mindedness and appreciation of our differences. These experiences gave me a curiosity for how humans develop in their environments and with their unique histories, leading me to pursue psychology.
I studied Political Science at Vanderbilt University before a seven year tenure in the corporate world. I am grateful for this experience as it has added depth and perspective to my work with clients. In 2014 I began my counseling psychology degree at The Wright Institute in Berkeley and then completed my training in San Francisco. My training journey encompassed internships at community mental health clinics, elementary and high schools, group therapy practices, and social service sites where I received intensive supervision in a variety of modalities. I regularly attend trainings and consult with colleagues to hone my craft and provide the best possible care.

I believe there is hope for you, a life filled with love, fulfillment and fun. I've had a variety of life experiences (good, not so good) that's given me wisdom and insights about people/life. I work with couples, women/men issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD. I'll travel with you on your journey of healing/growth with understanding and compassion.
I specialize with the symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD and high spectrum autism. My office is set up for creative play and insightful communication games.
Are you are experiencing verbal and/or mental abuse from a romantic partner, a parent, sibling, friend, co-worker? Do you struggle with your own internal thoughts (e.g. "you’re not good enough”, "it's all your fault", “you are not a priority”). Maybe you’ve lost someone and you’re grieving. You are emotionally exhausted because of the pain you hide and the inability to say "no". You tell yourself the good is good but the bad is bad. You're scared and confused on what to do or how to "fix" things. These experiences create rumination, avoidance, trauma, anxiety, and more.
