Thank you for reading this. Having a background in grassroots and non-profit work as well as teaching, I am fiercely passionate about equity, social justice and liberation for all people. The therapeutic relationship is unique and radical --- your words have exquisite power and we get to think together about what they mean.
I’m Lindsay MacMaster PsyD, a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the San Diego area. When you work with me, I create a setting that is warm and compassionate, a space that allows you to best connect with what is bothering you. Counseling helps you learn how to become your best self. Therapy can support you as you lean into life’s most difficult challenges rather than shy away from them.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or carrying the weight of past experiences. I’m Melissa, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m here to support you. I offer a warm, steady space where you can feel safe, heard, and in control of your healing. Using EMDR and trauma-informed CBT, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, build self-compassion, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Hi, I’m Jessica Castro, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I’m a mother of two and have been married for 15 years, which gives me a deep, personal understanding of the joys and challenges that come with relationships and family life. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in working with individuals who are seeking clarity, healing, and stronger connections. My clients often share that therapy with me helps them feel heard, empowered, and better equipped to handle life’s stressors. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where meaningful change can happen.
Hi, I’m Dana — a clinical social worker and certified life coach who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work with an emphasis on Psychiatric Social Work. Over the years, I’ve served as a Clinical Program Director in both board-and-cares and case management programs, supporting individuals as they process and heal from trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief and loss, and major life transitions. I supported them as they moved towards greater independence and peace.
Clients often describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and nonjudgmental. My approach is warm, flexible and collaborative . I believe therapy works best when we are aligned and make decisions together. I draw from a range of evidence-based methods, including DBT, EMDR, the Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing, and ADHD/Neurodivergent Coaching, to create a plan that fits each person’s unique needs.
At the heart of my work is a strength-based and solution-focused philosophy: I help clients uncover their resilience, develop practical coping skills, and move toward a life of clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
