Hi! I'm Natasha, a BIPOC therapist, Latinx female, licensed clinical social worker, and mental health practitioner of over 20 years. Over the years I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, individuals, families, and couples. I began my career working in the hospital setting, where I supported individuals and families facing chronic illness, grief and loss. After five years in the hospital setting, I transitioned to the clinical setting, where I developed a therapeutic, whole-person approach to wellness. The modalities I incorporate into my practice include cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapies combined with a holistic, authentic, DEI and trauma-informed approach.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD) with extensive experience working in residential treatment, sober living, and private practice settings since 2010. My career began as an intern in an eating disorder residential program, later expanding into adolescent dual-diagnosis treatment. Alongside completing my doctorate in clinical psychology, I launched my private practice, where I continue to work with clients through Telehealth. Currently, I also work in a sober living facility, supporting adults facing addiction and co-occurring mental health challenges.
I believe that every individual has the innate capacity for healing.
