A peaceful place to be heard, understood, and restored. Rooted in wisdom. Guided by compassion.
I’m a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, evidence-based mental health care that integrates both medical and therapeutic approaches. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Temple University in 2019, with a focus in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, and later completed a post-master’s certification in Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing in 2024.
My clinical background spans the full continuum of care across the lifespan. I have worked extensively with military service members and veterans, gaining a deep understanding of trauma, resilience, and the complexities of balancing mental health with identity, work, and relationships. I also have experience in inpatient child and adolescent psychiatry, where I supported youth and families through acute mental health needs. In addition, I serve as the primary psychiatric provider for a large assisted living community, caring for nearly 450 geriatric residents across multiple levels of support. These experiences allow me to approach care with a broad, nuanced perspective across all stages of life.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, maternal mental health, and other mental health conditions using evidence-based psychopharmacology tailored to each individual’s needs. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults, providing thoughtful, personalized care—particularly for individuals who have not found success with previous medication trials.
I believe that every individual deserves to be heard, respected, and treated with compassion. I take the time to understand each person's unique experiences, concerns, and goals before developing a treatment plan. My approach is collaborative, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their mental health. Whether you are seeking care for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or other mental health concerns, I am committed to helping you find the treatment approach that best fits your needs.
Hi, I’m Ansu Eason, a board-certified nurse practitioner in adult gerontology acute care and psychiatric mental health. I’ve been practicing for five years, with experience in both critical care and treating conditions like depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. I’m passionate about helping people manage both acute and chronic mental health needs. I strive to create a supportive, approachable space where you feel heard and cared for.
I grew up in rural PA working on my grandfather's potato farm, learning equine therapy benefits starting at age eight. I joined the food industry as a waitress and worked throughout my RN undergrad.
I began my nursing career after earning my BSN from IUP in 2015, stepping directly into the fast‐paced world of behavioral health care within emergency room settings. Those early years shaped my clinical foundation and deepened my commitment to supporting individuals who have experienced trauma. I continued to grow, learning medicine, therapeutic communications skills, de-escalation techniques while working inpatient contracts at various facilities across PA, including child and adolescent units, adult and geriatric units, and correctional facility contracts.
Driven to expand efficient care through impact, I completed my MSN as a Psychiatric‐Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in November 2024. I initially provided inpatient hospital care, gaining valuable experiences in a new psychiatric treatment facility. As my career and family needs evolved, I discovered that remote psychiatric care offered the balance and flexibility that best supported both my professional goals and home life balance. My passion for farms, animals, and my large blended and busy family will help my clients see why I enjoy offering them a decade of behavioral health experience. With my advanced PMHNP training, I will deliver compassionate, accessible mental health support in a comfortable virtual setting.
