I am a board-certified Psychiatrist (medical doctor) providing virtual care throughout NY and PA. I taper medications. This means most of my patients want to safely reduce or ultimately stop taking psychiatric medications, and I guide them through that process safely and at their own pace. I include therapy in my 30-min follow up sessions, though do not offer weekly 1-hour therapy sessions. Many of my patients also work with a therapist.

I am a medical doctor who trained at Albert Einstein Medical Center (General Psychiatry residency) and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship), where I served as chief resident and chief fellow. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from York College of Pennsylvania in 2005, my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree from Drexel University in 2016, and my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Missouri State University in 2025.

In addition to my clinical practice, I currently serve as the Director of the Nurse Practitioner Program at York College of Pennsylvania. In this role, I am dedicated to preparing the next generation of advanced practice nurses while continuing to provide high-quality patient care.
